In collaboration with Healthy Homes and the City of Columbus and informed by the One Linden Plan, in-person assistance to owner-occupied homeowners in South Linden that need exterior home repairs will be offered at Greater Columbus Community House.

Eligibility Requirements
Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee assistance.
o Live within the stated geographic area of focus
o Property is a owner-occupied single-family or duplex
o Submit a completed home repair application
o Property taxes and mortgage are paid to date
o Provide proof of homeowners insurance
o No liens on the property
o Submit proof of income documents to verify income is at or below 65% of area median income
o Sign a restrictive covenant prior to work beginning
