Ready2Earn is a youth summer employment opportunity hosted by Greater Columbus Community House in partnership with Franklin County Jobs and Family Services. This is a 6-week summer program for 14 and 15 year-olds. Participants are eligible to work 120 hours and earn a stipend up to $1,200. Please read below for eligibility before applying. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis! The application will go live Wednesday, April 8th at 3 pm. 

Eligibility requirements: 
1. Students must be Franklin County residents. 
2. Families must meet TANF income guidelines. 
3. Students must be 14 or 15 years old. 13 year olds can register as long as they will be 14 years of age by 6/1/26. 
4. Summer work permits will be required.
